The Traitors Season 3: Lord of Flies with the Botox

In the United States adaptation of this British franchise, in it, the contestants remain divided into traitors and faithful players, with the former continuing to secretly work to eliminate the latter. Moreover, the present psychological pressure intensifies as the players try to expose traitors while they navigate betrayals and alliances. As it’s been noted by Cumming, “People become more irrational as they’re stuck in this bubble, thinking of nothing else.”

The cast of the season features a mix of some veterans from reality TV, including Well Adams from Bachelor in Paradise, Chrishell Stause from Selling Sunset, Dorinda Medley from Real Housewives of New York City and Sam Asghari from Britney Spears’ ex-husband. This dynamic remains just as dramatic as it’s ever been and as for Cumming, he describes it to be “sort of like Lord of the Flies with Botox.”

The season’s initial episodes are expected to deliver on the chaos promise. As for the original traitors of the season, including Bob The Drag Queen from RuPaul’s Drag Race, Danielle Reyes from Big Brother, Carolyn Wiger from Survivor, and the later addition Boston Rob Mariano from Survivor, continue to clash over the strategies. Medley, for them, becomes the 1st victim. It was quite a disappointment for the fans who did hope for much more signature drama from her end. As reflected by Medley, “It’s a world where you have no control, and the knives fall where they may.”
